Received a call this morning from our SS that our concrete for the slab is scheduled to be poured today! Great to see that things are progressing quite nicely! Will drop by the site later today and post pictures 🙂
Went back on site and found that foam, steel and waffle pods have been laid! The foundation is nearly ready! Well done Clarendon! Hopefully the concrete will be ready to be poured if not tomorrow this Saturday!
Just received a call from our CSC and was given the wonderful news that our laundry door upgrade and stain to the front pivot door will be at no cost to us! This is awesome news indeed! Thank you Clarendon!
Yeah! Definitely worth the wait – foam, steel and waffle pods are being laid!!! Work has finally commenced and very excited to see progress! Hoping that there’s progress each day so that a lot can be done completed before December…
Not much activity on site today 😦 Hopefully tomorrow the slab preparation continues – looking forward to see the foam, steel and waffle pods laid so that slab may be completed by this weekend.
This morning, we met the Construction Area Manager, Site Manager & Customer Service Consultant at our site. Very good to have the opportunity to set expectations from both ends. Went past the site today and saw plumbing laid out. Hopefully the foam, steel and waffle pods are laid tomorrow. We’re scheduled to meet with our CSC, Site Manager and Construction Area Manager tomorrow for the slab. Weather forecast indicates suitable conditions for tomorrow and Thursday.
Supplies (foam, metal & waffle pods) for the slab has arrived. Hopefully all of these will be laid tomorrow.
