After such a very long wait, we had our @Clarendon_Homes practical completion walkthrough this morning!
Here’s some pictures – very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the house. With the exception of the following:
- minor paint touch ups for scratches and missed areas (Bed 2)
- repair on window seals on Study and window at Family
- scratches on main door handle
- minor sealing for bathrooms
- minor pain touch up for ceiling around aircon duct in kitchen and others
- Zurcorp handover
- meter box labelling
- missing metal door stoppers in some areas
- painting of air vent cover (monument colour)
- light switch in WIL needs to be connected
- fix-up Alfresco beams
- need to test garage door as door opener was not plugged in
- final house clean and site clean
The house is looking very good… can’t wait for the handover. Our final cheque payment is ready since Thu, 23rd Jun’16. Handover is now booked for Wed, 29th Jun’16 – yay!
