Now on Week 36/ out of 30-week contract build, plus the negotiated 3 – 5 weeks in addition from commencement of gyprock (Sat, 2nd Apr’16), @Clarendon_Homes. PCI date moved twice and now scheduled for Fri, 24th Jun’16.
Noted that @Clarendon_Homes has completed the following:
- Gaps in vent cover fixed – will need to be painted monument colour
- House cleaning
- Bricks and mortar fix ups around the house
