Day 167 (Sat, 2nd Apr’16): Gyprock Install Commenced!


Pleasantly surprised to discover that gyprock install commenced on a Saturday!  Kudos to @Clarendon_Homes!  Very excited that our @Clarendon_Homes Site Manager managed to schedule the gyprock install on the weekend – well done!  Hopefully this means that our schedule for stairs and carpentry fit-out won’t have to be rescheduled. Day 144 (Thu, 10th Mar’16): Wall Wrap & Metal Brick Ties

Day 141 (Mon, 7th Mar’16): Lower Floor Roof Tiles Installation


Very glad to see that finally that @Clarendon_Homes has installed lower floor Terracotta roof tiles.  Not fully finished yet due to the scaffolds.  Expecting that the cladding materials are delivered soon (hopefully by tomorrow) so that work on the cladding can commence and be completed mid this week.
