Day 248/ 210 (Wed, 22nd Jun’16): Internal & External Painting Completed


Now on Week 36/ out of 30-week contract build, plus the negotiated 3 – 5 weeks in addition from commencement of gyprock (Sat, 2nd Apr’16), @Clarendon_Homes. PCI date moved twice and now scheduled for Fri, 24th Jun’16.

Noted that finally @Clarendon_Homes has completed internal and external painting! Scheduled activities tomorrow are:

  • House cleaning
  • Tear on Rear Lower Roof
  • Fix external vent gap
  • Bricks & mortar touch-ups

    I am so excited for you that finally your house has been completed long way.
    We are into our contract signing stage so have lots to come across yet.
    We are building the 36 Sheridan at willowdale and hoping everything goes well. Bit excited but worried at the same time as its our first time but your blog has been very helpful and thanks to you.
