Some progress today, roof frames and more windows were installed.
Frames installation progress. SS called Fri, 27th of November 2015 and indicated that frames installation (ground and first floor) will hope to be completed by Wednesday, 2nd December 2015 which is when we could expect the next invoice. Bricks and sand delivery is expected Fri, 4th December 2015.

Issue 1: The sewer pipe access sticking out in the middle of the driveway, see picture below. Escalated this with Clarendon and response provided was that this may not be moved. First floor frames and windows delivered. Preparation for installation of first floor frames underway.

Drove past the site this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to see ground floor frames installation is well underway – looks to be more than 50% have been installed.
Finally frames have been delivered on site after a delay of 2 days. Original date of frames delivery was Tue, 17th Nov ’15.
With Houspect’s inspection of the slab, it was noted that waste pipe locations on the slab set-out plan is different to that of the actual slab laid.
