Received confirmation from @Clarendon_Homes Site Manager that issues raised by @Houspect were addressed today. The rest will be addressed as construction on the house is progressed. Looks like insulation has been installed both top and lower floors. Checking with our @Clarendon_Homes Site Manager that variations added to insulation are done. Acoustic insulation added to the home theatre, upgraded all top floor internal walls with R1.5 (65mm) glasswool batts and upgraded all ceiling to R4.0 (190mm) glasswool batts.
Saw this morning that Gyprock Materials has been delivered and brought into the house. Received Houspect Inspection Report on Pre-Lining stage. Houspect completed the inspection last Mon, 21st March 2016. There were two parts to the inspection, the first was the Roof Frame/ Wall Frame and the second part was on Roof Cover/ Brick Veneer. During the Pre-Lining walkthrough this morning, @Clarendon_Homes has provided an estimate of 8-10 weeks that the house will be completed from Gyprock installation.
