No Progress Update from Clarendon
Have sent another email to Clarendon SS and AM as we have not heard back on the progress of our build for three consecutive weeks now. Starting to seem like our concerns are falling on deaf ears.
Day 103 (Fri, 29th Jan’16): Front Facade Bricks Progress
Clarendon managed some brickwork activity on the front facade of the house. The oxford facade is nearly complete with the exception of the middle pier. Day 102 (Thu, 28th Jan’16): Front Facade Bricks Progress
Finally some brickwork progress on the front facade. Not much progress on the rear for the laundry, alfresco and rumpus as work was focussed on the facade.
Clarendon Construction Journey Progress
We have updated Clarendon Homes Construction Journey progress. We’re now at Week 14 (not including 1 week in between Christmas & New Year) from construction commencement on site excavation last Mon, 19th October 2015. Day 101 (Wed, 27th Jan’16): More Brickwork
More brickwork progress… the right side facade brickwork seems to be near it’s completion. Rear facade of the house still needs bricks, front facade is around 25% started. Hopefully weather permitting, brickwork will continue through to the week. We have not heard from our SS for over two weeks now.
Day 99 (Mon, 25 Jan’16): Some Brickwork Activity
Despite the scattered rain across the day, Clarendon managed to have some brickwork activity on our house.

Day 93 (Tue, 19th Jan’16): Sand Delivery
Not much progress on the brickwork. Noticed sand delivery. Very disappointing the two (2) days of no rain was wasted with no progress on brickwork. Also did not hear from our Site Manager last Fri, 15th Jan’16. We have already sent an email to request for progress but has since not received any response yet.
Day 86 (Tue, 12th Jan’16): 1st Floor Roof and More Brickwork!
The remaining unfinished section on the 1st floor roof was finally completed. Some progress on brick work.
