Clarendon Quality Issues Log

In preparation for @Clarendon_Homes Practical Completion Walkthrough, we have noted the list of issues that would need to be addressed and completed before handover. @Clarendon_Homes Site Manager is actively working through each items raised to complete everything before the walkthrough scheduled on Mon, 20th Jun’ 16.

• Do take note that all these photos were taken with the knowledge of @Clarendon_Homes Site Manager or outside the premises.  Our @Clarendon_Homes Site Manager has been exceptional and has definitely made THE difference to our home building experience.

1. Slab Short at Foyer –> COMPLETED!

2. Slab Short at Study –> COMPLETED!

3. Garage Manhole – Manhole at garage will need to cut-out.–> COMPLETED!

4. Meter Box Labelling:  Switches indicate light versus power, no label on which room/ area it refers to.

5. NBN Hub Labelling:  SS mentioned that Zurcorp will hand over to us (TBC).

6. Garage Concrete Steps – steps will need to installed –> COMPLETED!

7. Fix Gaps between Stacker Doors & Bricks Outside –> COMPLETED!

8. Fix architraves and paint replaced window at family room –> COMPLETED!

9. Paint Laundry Door –> COMPLETED!

10. Fix Window Corner Gap Outside of Masters Bedroom Window –> COMPLETED!

11. Finishing on the Alfresco and Completion of Eaves: –> COMPLETED!

• Thu, 2nd of Jun’16:  Eaves were done in the Alfresco

12. Exhaust Vent is too Small/ Gap Needs to Fixed – gap was covered, will still need to be painted Monument

13. Retouch painting around the Aircon ducts, light points and internally to fix any scratches and dings. –> COMPLETED!

14. Chips, Cracks on Roof Tiles –> COMPLETED!

15. Chips, Cracks & Discoloured Bricks and Brick Clean (Either needs more mortar from excessing clean or brick area needs cleaning). –> COMPLETED!

16. External Window Finish –> COMPLETED!

17. Two deep scratches on Main Door handle –> COMPLETED!

18. Lower Roof Rear Right corner ripped roof edge covers
